Sick has announced changes in the Executive Board: Markus Vatter, Chief Financial & IT Officer, will resign from the Executive Board after 17 years at the latest by the turn of the year in order to concentrate on his duties in various supervisory bodies. At the same time, the company announced that the Supervisory Board had appointed Jan-Helmut Eberhardt to the Management Board. Eberhardt will seamlessly continue the work of the Management Board in the Finance & IT department.

Markus Vatter joined the board on July 1, 2006 and had previously worked as commercial director for KaVo Dental GmbH from 2001. During his tenure as a board member, the graduate industrial engineer strengthened the internationalization strategy, significantly expanded the IT infrastructure and thus accompanied the company's development from a sensor manufacturer to a provider of software-based sensor solutions for industrial automation. After more than two decades in management and board positions, 56-year-old Markus Vatter has decided to herald the next professional phase and fully contribute his expertise to the supervisory boards of several technology companies.

Jan-H. Eberhardt takes on board responsibilities in Finance & IT

Markus Vatter will hand over the tasks of the Finance & IT board department to Jan-H. Eberhardt, who was appointed to the Management Board by the Supervisory Board. The graduate economist was born in Kassel in 1980 and has held various management positions at the medical technology company B. Braun since 2007, since 2017 as Group Vice President Corporate Accounting & Controlling.

With this change in personnel, the Management Board of Sick AG will be composed as follows:
