As a wholly owned subsidiary, all activities in the United States and Canada will be coordinated from this new location. With the presence of the company, both the existing customers are to be looked after locally and new customers are to be won.

To achieve this goal, Gerald Goupil was hired as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") for Messring Inc. Goupil has experience in the automotive industry, product development and the design of crash test facilities and their operation. The new subsidiary is intended to further improve Messring's responsiveness and focus when supporting automobile manufacturers and suppliers, as well as operators of crash test facilities and research institutions. In addition, the intention is to develop customized solutions for the fast-growing electric vehicle market, establish a warehouse in the USA for quick order processing and expand the service, technical training and manufacturing offering in this region.
