PhotonicsViews e-Special 1/2025 is out!

23.01.2025 - Submit your story for the digital special issue D1/2025 (April) with topics related to laser manufacturing for automotice applications – and pitch for issue 2/2025.

The very first PhotonicsViews e-Special, E1/2025, features content from or with DGaO, Fraunhofer IOF, Hamamatsu Photonics, Holo/Or, I-Photonics, Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light, Physik Instrumente (PI), Dr. Quinten Wissenschaftlich-technische Software, and more companies, organizations, and institutions.

With this brand-new format, we will no longer only be able to prepare your content in the classic magazine format as usual, but also screen-optimized in landscape format – enriched with interactive and moving features such as animations, films, image galleries, digital overlays, and more on request. Read the interactive issue in the Adobe Cloud.

The tree new technical articles featured on the cover address Optical Components and Systems – PARMS coating technology for UV to IR laser applications | Beam Shaping – Line beam shaping with a tailored anamorphic diffuser | Optical Measurement Technology – Calculating the reflectance of semiconductors with vias.

And this e-Special is just the beginning: in April and August, we are putting together two more digital special editions in this new format for you. These will then be dedicated exclusively to a special range of topics, one on the use of lasers in the production of electric cars, the other on the topic of beam shaping.
