Lenze once again honored as a good employer
Company accepts Top Employer award for the 17th time
A crucial point this year was that Lenze is continuously developing its human resources strategy and implementing it successfully. Ralf Klemme, Head of HR Germany & Europe at Lenze, is delighted: "Lenze is an excellent employer that does a lot for its employees. This is shown once again in challenging times like these, in which we do everything we can to protect the health of the Lenzians: It starts with a sophisticated hygiene concept including the supply of masks, quick tests and disinfectants, through the temporal equalization of shifts and the possibility , to use home office, to a vaccination offer to the Lenzians and their family members. In line with our motto since the beginning of the pandemic: 'Together-We-Master-ThisChallenge' ('Together we master this challenge')."
Companies that, like Lenze, have been certified as a Top Employer 2022 place a strong focus on their employees in their business activities. Key success factors in the competition for the best employees are flexible working models and a wide range of further training opportunities, continuous improvements in the working environment and a modern working environment in general.
Characteristic of the Top Employers certification program is the globally standardized examination process that all participating companies have to go through. The renowned institute uses the so-called HR best practices questionnaire for this purpose. In this, measures in six overarching HR dimensions Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite (steer, shape, inspire, develop, engage and connect) are queried. The participants have to comment on a total of 400 practices and methods in 20 sub-categories such as further development, HR strategy or diversity and inclusion. The Top Employers Institute certifies companies worldwide for their outstanding employee conditions. Through the certification program, companies can have their efforts evaluated and use the results to make improvements. Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute recognized over 1,800 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions around the world this year.
