Whether you want to simply capture images, annotate, magnify or measure, Makrolite simplifies imaging tasks in a powerful full HD digital video system. The integrated HD 1080i digital video camera displays a live high definition image, as a complete component, or magnified for fine detail.

Makrolite makes your documentation and inspection tasks particularly easier with a large field of view, you have the opportunity to display whole components or circuit boards. Alternatively, zoom in to inspect in fine detail, with consistently superb image quality and brilliance.

Two different versions

Makrolite is available as a camera-only system (with no PC), for applications where only high resolution imaging is required; or with PC-based software, utilising a full software suite of annotation, image capture and measurement tools. In the PC version you could annotate, dimension, document and measure direct on the captured image. Simple menu navigation allows a fast and effective operation. Measured data as point, line or angle could be calculated among each other and stored, exported or sent as a report in MS Windows format. Full editing of mark-ups can be conducted easily within the software. A further highlight is the CAD file importation which allows inspection with a CAD overlay.

Stand options

Makrolite can be configured to meet the requirements of your application, with the availability of four different stand options. The range of stand options consist of: a rugged bench stand variant with an additional incident illumination for small parts; a flexible and stable double arm boom stand version for large components; a boom stand on a base plate; or an articulated arm version for a larger need of space requirement.

The ergonomic design of the Makrolite maximises the productivity and efficiency in the workplace and in the company. This results in a reduction in the scrap rate and defects. The user benefits from an ergonomic and comfortable position in front of the system, with an upright body position, with eyes, neck and shoulders facing the monitor without restriction.
