Awaiba's digital high speed line-scan sensors provide low noise of 7e- at 40kS/s and 12bit resolution. The sensors are available with 2k, 4k, 8k and 16k pixels of 7x7µm²; 7x500µm² or 3.5x3.5µm² size, all with 100% fill factor. The high sensitivity and quantum efficiency in visible and NIR together with the outstanding dynamic range of over 70dB make these sensors the ideal choice for high speed web inspection and spectroscopy in applications such as print inspection, solar cell manufacturing, semiconductor, parcel scanning or display inspection. The sensors require only a 3.3V power supply and 4 digital control signals to trigger readout and integration. The simple interface reduces the development times and costs likewise to the bill of material.
