Secure communication between machines

In the new version, programmable safety functions can now also be used in complex machine groups without any significant additional effort. The time required to implement cross-machine safety functions is reduced.

With the safety controllers from B&R, users can now set up up to 150 communication links to other safety controllers. The particularly compact safe controllers of the Safelogic-X type also support these functions and can be part of a system network.

The data is transmitted using the safe Opensafety protocol either via Powerlink or UDP. All proven cable and wireless technologies can be used as the transmission medium.
