PCI Express camera modules and 3D cameras introduced

The MV Blue Naos camera modules have a PCI Express interface, which is also responsible for direct access to memory and processor in computers and on embedded processor boards. By using this interface, the direct path for data transfer is used and thus the maximum possible transfer rate is achieved. The camera modules can be used independently of the platform.

As a vision component for robot applications the smart 3D camera family RC_visard from the partnership with Roboception was presented. The product family was developed for stationary and mobile robot applications such as bin picking or navigation of automated guided vehicles and promises particularly easy operation.
