Mobile Coating Thickness Measurement

The hand-held device can test lacquers or powders even before they have hardened, i.e. when the coating is still wet or soft. By simply measuring directly after application, very costly reworking or even expensive overcoating can be completely avoided. In this way, the non-contact process immediately offers optimum quality control and significantly higher process reliability.

The laser sensors are particularly suitable for coating thickness tests in places that were previously difficult to access or on filigree small parts, corners and edges.
