Manufacture product variants economically

The systems are manufactured exactly according to customer specifications and can be put into operation immediately. One of the solutions is the three-axis positioning system (DAP). The DAP was originally designed for the cost-effective production of different body variants on a single production line. It is also suitable for all companies that produce a large number of product derivatives. The lifgo rack and pinion gears of the DAP are driven by three decentralized servomotors via a torsionally rigid coupling. These are connected to each other using a daisy chain process, so that the cabling effort is significantly reduced compared to conventional drives. Since all axes of the DAP can be exchanged for other axes with different technical values at any time, the user has the greatest possible flexibility and can react quickly if production conditions change.

The DAP develops lifting forces of up to 3000 N and works with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm on the component holder and a repeatability of +0.02 mm. Stroke lengths and traversing speeds of the axes can be freely selected. Leantechnik designs all systems in close cooperation with the customer and optimally adapts them to the requirements of the respective application. Depending on requirements, the systems are delivered partially or fully functional and can also be installed on site if required.
