Computed tomography series expanded

With an output of up to 500 W and an enlarged measuring range, the Tomoscope XS FOV 500 ensures fast measuring results in production and in the measuring room at the price of conventional tactile or multi-sensor coordinate measuring machines. The successful TomoScope XS Plus devices are now also available with 200 kV acceleration voltage. This expands the range of applications, e.g. B. on workpieces made of denser materials or with longer transmission lengths. An integrated workpiece changing system (utility patent) is now available for all TomoScope XS devices, which represents a cost-effective alternative to robot loading.

The Scopecheck FB device family now allows fast, unrestricted multi-sensor measurements with three independent sensor axes. Each sensor has its own quill, the quills with inactive sensors are in the parking position outside the measuring range.
