Cleaning control reduces compressed air costs
Hesch offers operators of large filter systems an energy-saving alternative to conventional systems
These are often outdated and often only clean the filters with fixed thresholds and are therefore inefficient. The HE 5750, on the other hand, only triggers cleaning when the degree of contamination of the filter really requires it. With the switching unit and the pre-pressure control, Hesch is now launching two further features for the HE 5750: on the one hand, they increase the system availability and, on the other hand, enable even more economical operation of the filter system for air pollution control. With the pre-pressure control, the cleaning pressure is optimized depending on the load.
The control ensures that only as much compressed air is released as is necessary to clean the filter. This regulation takes place via a central valve in the compressed air supply line. The exact adjustment of the cleaning pressure to the current requirement not only significantly reduces the costs for the compressed air.
