24 global shutter models complement industrial camera series

The models are available with two different interfaces, with 12 models each connecting via CoaXPress 2.0 and via GigE Vision. According to the manufacturer, 12 more cameras of the Go-X series with 5GigE (5GBASE-T) are planned for December, bringing their Ethernet speed above USB3 level. Behind each of the 12 models are 6 resolutions ranging from 5.1 to 24.5 megapixels.
The Pregius S sensors are back-exposed to use smaller pixel sizes without compromising signal-to-noise performance. In addition, the models have resolutions up to 24.5 megapixels. With a pixel size of 2.74 µm, the 24.5 megapixel cameras in the Go-X series also have the same frontal area of 29 mm x 29 mm with an optical format of 1.2" (19.3 mm image circle).
The 12 models with CoaXPress add a third interface to the Go-X series. They are designed for applications that require real-time transmission capability or higher performance in terms of resolution and frame rate. Equipped with a CXP-6 connector, they achieve a bandwidth of 6.25 Gbit/s and frame rates of 24 fps for 24.5 megapixels and 112 fps for 5.1 megapixels.
The 12 new GigE Vision models operate at speeds of 4 fps for 24.5 megapixels and 23 fps for 5.1 megapixels at the bandwidth limit imposed by Gigabit Ethernet.
