For his area of activity as Sales Manager in the team of Sales Director Edward Wark, Hruška draws on considerable experience and solid knowledge: He began his career as an independent advertising salesman. He was then responsible for setting up GPM's project purchasing department, and went on to manage and implement internal lean projects at automotive supplier Nidec GPM Group as a staff position between purchasing and management. The last two years he was responsible for the technical sales of Vision & Control, which, like IIM, also has its headquarters in Suhl.
