AMS Technologies AG appointed Benno Oderkerk to its supervisory board on July 1st with immediate effect. His experience with the transformation of a distributor of spectrometers to a provider of self-developed spectroscopy solutions is particularly valuable for AMS Technologies’ CEO Jan Meise.

“With this history and his many years of experience in the photonics industry, Benno Oderkerk is an ideal fit for our corporate strategy. In addition to value-added distribution of optics, thermal management and electronics, we are expanding AMS Technologies into a provider of custom-designed and manufactured systems based on our extensive technology portfolio.
