Viscom: Sales representative Kappel retires
With the turn of the year 2020/2021, the sales department for the Southwest region at Viscom changed. Rudolf Kappel retired after 20 years in this position. He was replaced by Thomas Winkel.

Sales activities and customer support were taken over from Rudolf Kappel by Thomas Winkel at the turn of the year. He joined Viscom's direct sales team at the beginning of 2020 and is already responsible for the Baden-Württemberg region. He looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience in industrial image processing and looked after customers from the automotive supplier industry worldwide.
"With Rudi Kappel, we are not only leaving a long-time business partner, but also a good friend of our company. In our industry, it has become rare to work with an external partner over such a long period of time. When something like this happens, there are reasons for it. Of course, these also have to do with sales figures, but the interpersonal aspect must also fit here. Rudi's open, loyal and reliable character, as well as his high level of customer orientation and technical know-how, made it easy for us to work with him," says Torsten Pelzer, overall sales manager at Viscom, looking back.
