Stemmer Imaging presents the 2024 timetable and sets medium-term goals
Uwe Kemm was confirmed as COO until the end of May 2026
On the basis of the success achieved in industrial and non-industrial end markets, the company believes that it is well positioned to benefit from increasing investments in image processing technology for industrial automation. Examples of this are electromobility solutions and new applications in the areas of sports & entertainment based on rapidly developing innovative digital offerings, as well as the changing requirements of supply chains with regard to sustainability. The company aims to use these growth opportunities by sharpening its service portfolio and is concentrating on the two areas of distribution and solution business.
The management also emphasizes the focus on sustainability in connection with future customer business. Already today, 95% of all sales of Stemmer Imaging make a positive contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The company is consistently expanding the direction it has taken since 2019 in this area and is striving for a value of 100% as a medium-term perspective in order to balance its business activities in the sense of the 360-degree approach for all stakeholders.
In addition, the company announces that Uwe Kemm's Executive Board contract as Chief Operating Officer has been extended by the Supervisory Board until the end of May 2026. The Supervisory Board would like to set an example for the stability and continuity in the management of the company.
