Point Grey Expands Canadian Headquarters

Point Grey has added 15,000 square feet to its Canadian headquarters to increase manufacturing capacity and accommodate a world-class warehousing facility. The ISO 9001:2008 certified facility is now a total of 55,000 sq feet. The new expansion allows Point Grey to meet growing demand for its USB 3.0, GigE camera, and FireWire lines while supporting its commitment to producing the highest quality products. The production area has doubled in size, enabling an immediate increase in production capacity, and the integration of new state-of-the-art equipment and streamlined processes.
"Since its founding, Point Grey has continuously invested in developing state-of-the-art production facilities," notes Rod Barman, Point Grey President and Director of Engineering. "This latest expansion allows us to meet our forecasted demand as well as lay foundations for year-over-year capacity growth for the foreseeable future," adds Mr. Barman.
