MBJ Group moved to Ahrensburg

Shortly before Christmas 2020, the MBJ Group moved its headquarters from Hamburg to nearby Ahrensburg. This became necessary because the existing company premises did not offer space for the necessary expansions, which is why the decision was made to move in 2019.

In April 2020, the starting signal was given for the new building, which was largely completed shortly before Christmas. With all offices relocated on the days between Christmas and New Year's Day, MBJ resumed operations on January 4, 2021. Manufacturing lagged behind with a two-week delay to minimize production disruption.

The MBJ Group includes MBJ Solutions GmbH, MBJ Imaging GmbH and MBJ Services GmbH, which overall had "a successful year" in 2020, according to the company, without providing further details.
