Logimat 2025: Focus on connected intralogistics and process management
15.01.2025 - Logimat 2025 will take place from 11 to 13 March at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre and will once again occupy all ten halls.
Under the motto ‘Passion for Solutions’, more than 1,500 international exhibitors from over 80 nations will be presenting their latest products and innovations on 120,000 square metres. The trade fair focuses on the central topics of artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability and the shortage of skilled labour, which, as overarching megatrends, shape the industry.
In Halls 1, 3, 5 and 7, shelving and machine manufacturers will be showcasing new compact storage systems, pocket sorters and system shuttles that combine system performance and sustainability. Robot technology for human-machine collaboration completes the portfolio. In Hall 8, the focus is on automated guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and carrybots, which address barrier-free transport and the shortage of labour.
Forklift truck manufacturers in Halls 9 and 10 will be presenting new 3- and 4-wheel forklifts, counterbalanced forklifts, electric side forklifts and the world's first automated cobot for pallet transport. Alternative drives and the future of intralogistics through robots and autonomous vehicles will also be presented.
In Hall 6, packaging technology providers will be showing solutions that take into account the sustainability aspect of the new EU Packaging Regulation. These include right-sized packaging, reusable packaging and scanner hardware for process efficiency.
Software companies in Hall 4 will be presenting IT solutions for networked information exchange in intralogistics, including AI-based functions and algorithms for optimising processes.
The AutoID industry in Hall 2 will be showcasing the latest applicators, labelling and data capture systems, as well as security, e-paper and RFID labels.
Exhibition director Michael Ruchty emphasises that Logimat 2025 offers exhibitors and the industry audience an information advantage on current trends and planning security for new projects. In view of the challenges posed by digitalisation and automation, he expects increasing visitor numbers and three exciting days at the trade fair in Stuttgart.
