When Kappa Optronics was founded in 1978, the apprentices had not yet been born. But celebrations are held together. That's why they sent a little greeting home to their colleagues in the home office. "Next year, there will be a big birthday cake for everyone live together!" the company emphasizes. That's when they'll kick off the next 43 years in machine vision.

Kappa develops and manufactures application-specific cameras and vision systems in robust and certifiable designs. The portfolio also includes solutions with day and night vision capability in 24/7 operation for the safety-critical environment in aviation as well as in the military sector. Signal processing, mechanical adaptations and customer-specific interface assignment are part of the offering, as is the integration of optical components, lighting and video management.
