IDS starts Partner Network

27.08.2018 -

If companies lack the know-how or resources to select, build, and deploy suitable image processing solutions, they can now rely on a new partner network from IDS. Upon request, the trained and certified system integrators of the "IDS Solution Partner" network take care of the complete processing of image processing projects - from planning and consulting, through preliminary tests, system optimization and personnel training, to installation and commissioning as well as maintenance and support.

"As products become more complex, planning and integration requirements increase. Not every company can or wants to do that internally, "explains Florian Nadolny, Sales Manager System Integration at IDS. This is where the partner network comes in: it enables tailor-made complete solutions based on state-of-the-art image analysis systems, robotics and automation expertise. "The customer makes his request to us first. We clarify its basic requirements and then pass it on to the partner who best meets those needs, "he says. The IDS Solution Partner then takes over the supervision and realization of the project.

All partners are image processing specialists and have experience in the realization of demanding projects - for example in the automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, packaging or metal industries. With the IDS demo equipment, they can show potential applications directly on site and develop solutions. To ensure a consistently high quality standard, they are in close contact with IDS experts and receive regular training.

The partner network is currently available in Germany and Austria.
