Matthias Altendorf is to become the new President of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2024. From the point of view of the shareholders, to whom he will be proposed for election at the Annual General Meeting on April 3, 2023, Klaus Endress says that he is the right person for this position: "He has known our company for 35 years. Fixed institutions and regular get-togethers strengthen cooperation and introduce members of the younger generation to the company.
