EMVA Young Professional Award 2025: Applications now being accepted

The winner receives 1,500 euros and can present his work at the EMVA Business Conference in Rome.

The European Machine Vision Association (EMVA) invites applications for the EMVA Young Professional Award 2025, a prestigious award with 1,500 euros in prize money. The winner will have the opportunity to present his or her work at the EMVA Business Conference in Rome and will receive free admission to the European Machine Vision Forum 2025. The award supports students and young scientists who are doing innovative work in the field of machine vision or image processing. The submitted work must be outstanding or innovative and of industrial relevance.

Collaboration with a company is required, although the target industry is freely selectable. The work must have been carried out within the last 18 months at or in collaboration with a European institution. Applications must be submitted by March 30, 2025 and must include a two-page summary, a one-page CV and a copy of the Master's or PhD thesis. Letters of support from supervisors or collaborating companies are welcome.
