EMVA Market Report 2014 published

The European Machine Vision Association (EMVA) has published its 2014 Market Report "Machine Vision in Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein". EMVA non-members can obtain the 53 paged pdf-report at a price of € 290,-. The report for the first time maps the machine vision markets in the three Alpine countries with all their facets. It covers the vision industry with more than 130 players altogether, their customers and the main applications as well as technical and commercial trends. In addition, the "eco system" for machine vision is described, including clusters, research centers and associations, trade shows and special magazines. This is being supplemented by market and growth drivers and an estimate of the market volumes. In the general chapters readers find useful information about the economies and how to invest in the three countries.

"Another key value of this report is a list of all machine vision players by country including their websites", says Andreas Breyer, EMVA's Director of Market Research. "Our findings once again prove that national machine vision markets within Europe have very different drivers. With the current 2014 market report we follow the EMVA strategy to investigate all European markets through the eyes of our industry."
