Distribution Agreement: Basler and Boulder Imaging

22.01.2010 -

Boulder Imaging and Basler Vision Technologies have entered into a distribution agreement for sales and marketing of Basler high-speed cameras. This partnership expands Boulder Imaging's product and solutions offering, coupling the Quazar high performance digital video recording and analytic systems with Basler's extensive line of high-speed cameras.

Boulder Imaging's Quazar high performance digital video recorder systems simultaneously capture complex video imagery from multiple camera/sensor inputs, process, and analyze the data in real-time using its proprietary software. Pairing Basler's line scan, area scan, and intelligent digital cameras with the most powerful array of recording and analysis systems in the market further enhances Boulder Imaging's position as the U.S. leader in vision systems and solutions.

"Basler cameras are widely acknowledged for their capabilities, performance, and quality." says Michael Willis, President and COO of Boulder Imaging. "Providing our customers with the best and the most cost effective imaging solutions for their applications is our focus, and our partnership with Basler greatly expands our ability to deliver exceptional value to our machine vision, scientific and engineering research, and quality control and testing customers."

"Basler is very pleased to be partnered with Boulder Imaging," says Russ Seery, Basler's Director of Sales and Marketing. "Boulder Imaging clearly and successfully focuses on the needs of their customers and providing high quality, reliable products that are at the leading edge of technological development. At Basler we have the same focus and goals. Partnering with Boulder Imaging will enable them to provide their customers with Basler cameras and enhance their existing product offering and capabilities."
