On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, Control will once again feature a globally recognised information, communication and procurement pool which provides expert visitors with current worldwide offerings and a world-class supplementary programme. Not least of all, the industry sector will be offered community networking at its best which will significantly promote partnerships with institutions, associations, university institutes and consultants. Partners to the 30th Control include the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA), the Vision Academy, the Fraunhofer Vision Alliance, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation, and the French SYMOP association. xpertgate – author of the special trade fair guide for image processing – will also be on-board as a partner with proven industry expertise who collectively represents the roughly 250 (!) exhibitors from this fundamental Control exhibition segment. The Baden-Württemberg Award for Competence in Innovation and Quality represents a further partnership highlight which was initiated by trade fair promoters P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG together with the TQU GROUP, and will be conferred for the ninth time this year.

Impressive Figures: 900 Exhibitors from 30 Countries Exhibit More Than 150 New Products

The 30th Control international trade fair for quality assurance is achieving brilliant figures which speak for themselves, and which are seen by trade fair promoters P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG as both a duty and an opportunity for further development of the event. With 564,000 square feet of overall floor space in the 4 fully occupied halls, everything with relevance for the technologies, processes, products and system solutions covering all aspects of industrial quality assurance will be on hand. Amongst other factors, growth in exhibition floor space can be traced back to the expansion of many booths, thus permitting top quality presentation of exhibits, as well as the services offered by renowned exhibitors. Participation of foreign exhibitors has also increased once again, and has now reached a level of 30%. The exhibitors will present the expert visitors expected from over 100 countries with more than 150 new products at the 30th Control, from which it can be deduced that great importance is placed on Control as a “target-group and decision-maker oriented procurement and investment platform”. The more than 250 exhibitors from the image processing and vision systems segment see things this way as well, who in the meantime make up the largest group of exhibitors and view Control as one of the most important parts of their marketing mix
