Starting October 2014, Basler welcomes a new Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen presence in the United Kingdom. Basler has reemphasized the importance of the machine vision market in the United Kingdom by hiring a new Sales & Business Development Manager for this region - Mark Williams. This new role will focus on enhancing Basler's presence by providing even better support and application engineering to local customers.

Williams provides 20 years of experience in sales and business development. He has a proven history in growing business with key accounts and with the sales channel through distribution in the UK and all over Europe.

Together with Basler's exclusive distributor MultiPix Imaging Components Ltd, Williams will open up new opportunities, and will assist the installed customer base.
