Andreas Noss has been working as the new administrative director at the Fraunhofer Institute for Non-destructive Testing IZFP in Saarbrücken since February 1, 2025. In this role, he will also be part of the newly established institute steering committee. This strategic personnel decision aims to strengthen the institute's commercial and organizational leadership.

Andreas Noss brings with him extensive experience in finance, controlling and strategic corporate management. Before joining Fraunhofer IZFP, he served as commercial director of ZeMA gGmbH for seven years, where he was responsible for the economic control and further development. In addition, he gained valuable experience in commercial and operational management roles at Robert Bosch GmbH.

With his expertise, Andreas Noss will strengthen the economic and strategic orientation of the Fraunhofer IZFP. The institute is a leader in the development of innovative sensor technologies and digital signal processing. His knowledge of financial control and organizational development will contribute to the long-term competitiveness and future viability of the institute.
