Photoreceiver / optical power meter for femtowatt to milliwatt
Product: Ultralow-noise photoreceiver series OE-200 with variable gain from 103 to 1011 V/W. Compact and user-friendly design for easy integration into optical measurement systems. Fiber optic and free space input available. The product line covers optical wavelengths from 190 nm to 1700 nm and includes models with calibration at 850, 1310, or 1550 nm.
Features: An outstanding characteristic of the OE-200 series is the combination of high speed, ultralow noise and wide gain range. The high bandwidth of up to 500 kHz allows measurement speeds of up to one million readings per second and thus supports the precise measurement of dynamic and modulated signals. The ±10 V output signal can be easily read using standard voltmeters, oscilloscopes or AD converters, which can also be used to set up a fast and highly sensitive optical power meter. The sophisticated circuit design with an input noise (NEP) down to 6 fW/√Hz enables the low-noise measurement of optical signals from femtowatt to milliwatt range. Due to its robust, compact and high-quality design, the OE-200 can also work without problems in environments with strong electromagnetic interference. It is easy to operate and can be controlled either completely manually or via a digital interface (USB optional).
