Larger tanks allow for deeper immersion for consistent anodization. The greater depth allows for full immersion of parts, ensuring consistent coating thickness and quality across the entire surface and reducing handling effort for smaller parts. Batch processing smaller parts becomes more efficient, minimizing processing time and potential damage.
