By merging the images captured by the camera(s) with the CAD model of the part, Eigen Image Twin creates a digital twin that can be used to generate the same position and perspective for all parts on all machines. This eliminates unwanted variations in the image data, such as different backgrounds, positions or orientations of the part. As a result, robust machine learning models can be trained with less data and scaled on all machines inspecting the same part.

Eigen Product Twin is a turnkey vision system for inline assembly inspection. The kit consists of vision cameras with accessories such as lenses and cables, and an industrial gateway with pre-installed Eigen Product Twin software.

Eigen Product Twin automatically compares the images of the part with the CAD data. If an error, such as a missing part, is detected, the system alerts personnel to make corrections.
