Connection technology for the food industry

05.09.22 - Escha has launched a hygienic design portfolio that includes connection technology solutions for the three typical zones within beverage and food production: contact zone, splash zone and packaging zone.

In the contact zone, food can come into contact with system parts and then get back into the production process. In the splash zone – also known as the washdown zone – food can also come into contact with plant components, but it does not get back into the processing step afterwards. The packaging zone, on the other hand, is comparable to the classic industrial environment.
