The high-resolution sensor IMX487 with 8.1 MPixel, originating from the Sony Pregius S generation (Gen4), is available in the GigE camera series MV-Bluecougar -X as well as in the 10GigE version MV-Bluecougar -XT. The sensors feature high image quality with small pixel size and high transfer rates. GenICam-compatible software support for the cameras ensures compatibility with existing image processing programs and thus also platform independence.
