Weldloop is currently being used by selected pilot customers, including a large automobile manufacturer.

The prerequisite for use is the automatic inspection unit VIRO WSI, which checks every weld seam using 3D image processing and records the data. With the Weldloop software, test data from quality control can now be linked to data from the welding process.

With the help of Weldloop, the engineers can efficiently evaluate large amounts of data and display trends graphically. This allows you to quickly identify deviations, their possible causes and at which welding station they occurred. Without Weldloop, the engineers would have to manually compare all the data individually and start troubleshooting.
