Inductive displacement transducers and buttons

Inductive measuring probes of the SM20 and 21 series from ABJödden can be autoclaved in special designs (special potting compound and special connection strands) for use in the medical field.

The displacement transducers can be used in a temperature range from - 40 ° C to + 120 ° C. A temperature compensation is not necessary due to the strictly symmetrical coil structure. The external electronics convert the slide movement into a path-proportional signal. High shock and vibration resistance (shock 250 g SRS; vibration 20 g rms) as well as protection class IP 67 are achieved through the encapsulated design.

Carrier frequency amplifiers in modular design for one or two channels have been developed for supply and signal processing. They contain a stabilized carrier frequency oscillator, a phase-dependent demodulator and signal processing. This enables output signals of ± 10 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC or 0 (4) to 20 mA. The zero point and the gain are set with trimming potentiometers.
