Hybrid mobility concept for multifunctional vehicles
Groschopp
Due to the limited installation space in the vehicle, the engine is housed in a specially shaped, double-walled housing with water cooling. Interfering contours required an inwardly shaped winding head on the stator - high temperatures insulating materials up to class N (200 ° C). In order to save costs, a 4-pole sheet metal cut, outer diameter of 200 mm, with retracted winding was used. When designing the sheet metal cut for the rotor, a compromise had to be found between the requirements of an optimal electromagnetic circuit and mechanical strength. The inserted ferrite magnets reduce the losses of the motor by up to 30%.
