PXIe system - more than a box with plug-in cards

Acceed

PXIe systems, consisting of a chassis, a controller and an application-specific number of specialized plug-in cards, are considered a reliable and efficient solution for the acquisition and consolidation of high-quality measurement data. Acceed now has such a system on offer, specifically the current Adlink 3U chassis PXES-2785 with 18 slots and one of the new PXIe-3987, PXIe-3977 or PXIe-3937 controllers.

The three sister models differ primarily in their respective processors. In the case of the PXIe-3987, this is the powerful i7-7820EQ from Intel with a 3 GHz base clock, 45 W TDP and Turbo Boost 2.0. With these key performance indicators, the controller is recommended for the most demanding tasks in multitasking environments with many simultaneous and independent measuring or testing tasks.

A special feature is the integrated GPIB interface (Micro-D) for fast data communication with PCs and other external devices. The built-in Intel processor with Kaby Lake architecture can be run up to 3.7 GHz with Turbo Boost. With the appropriate system configuration, a data throughput of up to 16 GB / s is possible. Thanks to the high performance of the quad-core controller, applications with increased demands on data analysis or process data processing can be implemented.
