“The largest digital event for the photonics industry convinces at its second attempt”

On 30th June The 2nd Photonics+ Virtual Exhibition and Conference ended successfully. For two days, more than 140 players from the photonics world met over 2,072 participants and potential customers at the last industry get-together before the summer break to discuss new partnerships and projects together. Partner of the event is Europe's largest photonics network EPIC. The companies presented themselves with a digital booth and a product presentation.

The focus of the live event, which took place on June 29 + 30 from 1 to 5 pm each day, was personal exchange in 1:1 video chats. Not only exhibitors but all active users of the platform were able to communicate with each other. The ten keynotes, which were broadcast live from all over the world, were again very well received. Renowned international speakers from Jenoptik, Coherent, PicoQuant, Q.ant, Avantes and AEMtec, among others, provided insights into the key requirements of the user industries. Guaranteed surprising contacts could be made by all participants in the networking rooms, which invited to different topics on both event days, including optics, electronics / semiconductor or life science. CEOs and CTOs were additionally invited by EPIC for exclusive networking.

With Photonics+, which is based on our own xircus event platform, we have created a perfect digital offering for B2B and B2C,” says a delighted Joerg Brueck, business director at event organizer Fleet Events.

Together with Fleet Events, we will continue to work on expanding digital events with qualified attendees and high value.”
