With the expansion of the development team, Matrix Vision will also open a new location in Hamburg's old town in November 2020. In addition to the headquarters and a development center in Oppenweiler, Hamburg is now another location within Germany. The five developers bring many years of industry experience and extensive expertise in the areas of image sensors, camera signal processing, host and embedded software to the company. The increased manpower enables Matrix Vision to advance the development projects in the pipeline and further expand its position in the market.

Since the new teammates come from the greater Hamburg area, the company decided to open a development site in Hamburg's old town. The new office is centrally located in the historic Chilehaus. The building was completed in 1924 under the direction of the renowned architect Fritz Höger and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. With the unique and inspiring architecture and excellent public transport connections, the Chilehaus offers the perfect environment for the five developers of Matrix Vision.
